Editorial policy
Errors are corrected in place with a dated note, every figure shows the date it was last checked, drafts are written with AI tools and checked by the editor against the sources, and no provider can pay to be included, excluded or moved.
The four policies below are the whole of it.
Corrections
When we find or are told about an error of fact, we correct it in the article and add a dated note at the foot of the page saying what changed and why. We do not silently rewrite. Errors that change a conclusion are also listed on this page. To report an error, use the contact form; we aim to reply within two business days.

Updates
Every figure on this site shows the date it was last checked against the source. “Last full data refresh” in the footer is the date on which every figure in the dataset was re-checked. The “Updated” date on an article changes only when the substance changes (a figure re-checked, a section added or removed) — never for cosmetic edits. Figures not re-checked within 90 days are flagged “Not re-checked since (date)”.
How we use AI
Drafts on this site are written with the help of AI tools and then checked by the editor against the source documents listed on each page. No figure on this site is generated by AI; every number is copied from the source shown and dated. There are no AI-generated images on Ten Seats; the only image is the share card, which is text.
How companies get on this site
We include every provider in CRM software that publishes a price on its own website for the United States or United Kingdom market, plus the largest providers that do not, marked “Not published”. No provider can pay to be included, excluded, or moved. We do not own, operate, or hold a stake in any product listed. The ranking formula is on the method page. We do not accept free accounts, demos, or review units.
