What a CRM costs
At ten seats, the published plans we hold work out at $7.00 to $350.00, median $49.00 per seat per month in the United States over three years, and £7.00 to £440.00, median £80.64 in the United Kingdom.
Those figures include the minimum seats and any mandatory onboarding fee, and exclude paid add-ons, contact capacity and tax.

A worked example
Take the cheapest published US plan that carries a mandatory onboarding fee and put ten seats on it for three years.

What does the published figure leave out?
- Add-ons and contact capacity. Several providers price extra contacts, extra pipelines or AI features separately, and the amount depends on volumes the pricing page asks you to choose. None of that is in any figure here.
- The monthly-billing premium. Where both figures are published, monthly billing costs 1.25 times the advertised annual rate at the median, and 13 of the plans we hold offer no monthly option at all.
- Seats you do not use: plans with a minimum bill the minimum.
- Onboarding: 2 plans we hold make it mandatory and publish the amount, and it is added once. Where it is optional it is left out.
- Sales tax and VAT: US prices are before tax; UK prices are printed on whatever VAT basis the provider states.
What can you negotiate, and what can you not?
Negotiable in practice: the seat price and the onboarding fee at any size worth a salesperson's time, which is exactly why the enterprise tiers publish nothing. Not negotiable: tax, and the minimum seat count on the published self-serve plans.
Questions worth asking before you book a demo
- What is the per-seat price on monthly billing, in writing?
- What is the minimum number of seats billed?
- Is onboarding mandatory, and what does it cost?
- What happens to my records, and what does export cost, if I leave?
