About
This site publishes what payroll and HR software costs per employee, computed from vendors' own published prices.
It is run by one person. No link on this site earns us a commission today. The intended model is affiliate referral revenue if and when programs approve the site; any such link will be disclosed next to it and will not affect price-based ordering. The site has never taken payment for placement.

Why there is no address or phone number
This is a one-person publication run under a pen name, not a company. Publishing a home address and personal phone number is not something a sole publisher can reasonably do, so contact runs through the form, which is answered within two business days. The same person publishes several other independent sites; that is stated rather than hidden.
What this site does
It reads vendors' published pricing pages, records the base fee and per-employee fee exactly as stated with the date read, and divides the total by headcount. That is all it does, and the method page shows the whole calculation.
What this site does not do
It does not review, rate, score or recommend. We have not used these products and we do not pretend to have. There are no stars and no badges, and any ordering you see is by computed price alone.
It also does not sell listing position, and it will not. If a vendor ever pays us for anything other than a disclosed affiliate referral, that will be on the disclosure page before it is anywhere else.
Where to start
Put your headcount into the calculator, read the vendor list to see which vendors publish prices at all, and check what the published figure leaves out before you treat it as a budget.
