Which CRM vendors publish a price we could read

Of 22 US rows in the dataset, 20 published a USD price we could read; of 14 UK rows, only HubSpot UK and Salesforce UK published a computable GBP price (checked 2026-08-25). Where a page is marked "not readable," that is our limitation, not the vendor's.

Every figure on this site comes from a vendor's own pricing page, read on a stated date. That rule is the whole point of what a CRM costs, and it has a cost of its own. When a page does not give us a number we can use, the honest answer is a blank, not a guess. This article lists the blanks, says why each one exists, and asks for your help closing the UK ones.

How many US pages gave us a usable price?

Twenty of 22 (checked 2026-08-25). The two exceptions are Zoho CRM and ActiveCampaign, and each failed for a different reason. Zoho CRM's pricing page served our checker prices in Indian rupees rather than US dollars, so the USD figures could not be read. ActiveCampaign's pricing page shows "Starts at --/mo" until a contact volume is selected, and the figure is drawn by a script. Capsule's pricing page draws its figures the same way, so the checker saw "Per user, per month. Billed Annually," with no number next to it; the figures were read in a browser instead, $18, $36, $54, and $72 on annual billing and $21, $38, $60, and $75 on monthly billing (checked 2026-08-25).

One more row is published but not computed. Zendesk Sell's page states "Pricing plans start at $19" and lists $55, $115, and $169 per month for the higher plans (checked 2026-08-25). What it does not say, on the page we could read, is whether those figures assume annual or monthly billing. Without a billing basis there is no three-year figure to compute, so Zendesk Sell's page on this site shows the vendor's numbers and stops there. Keap is the other row shown but not computed. Its page prices by contact volume: "Enter your desired number of contacts at the top of the page to see specific prices" (checked 2026-08-25). That leaves 18 of the 22 US rows with a computed seat price. The billing question matters more than it looks; the monthly-versus-annual article shows gaps of up to 2.86 times between the two.

I decided not to fill any of these with a figure from a review site or a screenshot someone else posted. A third-party number has no check date I can stand behind, and the site's difference from paid-placement listings, described in Method, depends on that.

What went wrong with the UK pages?

Most of it, and mostly on our side. Of 14 UK rows, two providers published a computable GBP seat price. Salesforce UK's UK pricing page shows "£ 20 GBP/User/Month" for Starter Suite and £80, £140, £280, and £440 for the plans above it (checked 2026-08-25). HubSpot's pricing page, read in a browser with its currency selector set to GBP, shows Starter at £7 per seat per month annual and £18 monthly, Professional at £77 annual and £85 monthly plus "the required, one-time Professional Onboarding for a fee of £1,310," and Enterprise "Starts at £135/mo/seat" plus £3,050 onboarding (checked 2026-08-25). Workbooks publishes a "From £32 PUPM" figure on its pricing page, with a 12-month minimum term. A "from" price is a floor, not a seat price, so it is shown on Workbooks' page but not ranked against the others. Seven pages could not be read in GBP, and four showed another currency.

The most common failure was the currency switch. Zoho CRM, Freshsales, Bigin, monday CRM, and Capsule served another currency with no selector to change it. Zoho's UK URL fell back to the global page, which showed rupees again. Pipedrive's en-gb page was the odd one: it loaded in English for the UK and showed "US$14" per seat per month with the line "Prices are VAT exclusive" (checked 2026-08-25). A VAT note on a dollar price is the clearest sign that the vendor expects UK buyers to pay in dollars, so that row is marked other currency rather than not readable.

Two UK pages gave us nothing at all. Spotler CRM's servers timed out. Zendesk's UK Sell URL displayed Support and Suite plans rather than Sell plans; there is no Sell pricing page.

The three labels, and why "not readable" blames us

The site keeps three distinct states for a missing price, and the distinction is deliberate.

Collapsing these into one "no price" label would flatter the site and mislead you. A vendor that publishes and one that hides would look the same. Method explains how the checker works and where it is known to fail; the short version is that it reads the HTML it is served, and it does not run scripts or spoof a location.

The UK rows, one by one

The table below uses the per-row label stored in the dataset. That label is stricter than the summary counts above: seven rows carry "not readable" because the page served another currency with no switch, timed out, or had no Sell pricing page, even where the fallback page showed a dollar figure. Four rows carry "other currency" because the UK page itself loaded and priced in dollars.

Three rows deserve a second look. HubSpot UK's Starter is £7 annual against £18 monthly, and the Professional onboarding fee is £1,310, stated as required in the same wording as the US page (checked 2026-08-25). Salesforce UK's Starter Suite shows a single £20 figure "Billed monthly or annually," so there is no annual discount to compute for it. That matches the US Starter Suite at $25 (checked 2026-08-25). Workbooks lists two implementation options, "SelfStart: £2100" and "JumpStart for Sales: £3675," and does not state whether either is mandatory. I have left the setup fee blank for Workbooks rather than assume it is required. By the same rule, HubSpot's $1,500 and £1,310 onboarding fees are included only because the page calls them "required" (see the onboarding fee article).

What a blank costs you

A blank is not free for you. If you are a UK buyer comparing Pipedrive Growth against Salesforce Starter, the site can give you £20 per seat per month for one and "US$39" for the other, and it will not convert between them. Exchange rates change daily and are not on any vendor's page, so a converted figure would break the check-date rule. The calculator takes whatever seat price you type in, so if you have a GBP quote from a vendor, you can run it yourself.

The US side is in better shape. With most rows computed, the provider list covers 18 providers with a computed seat price, and the effective-per-seat article shows how the ten-seat column moves at 3 and 25 seats.

Send us a GBP page we can read

If you are in the UK and can see a GBP price on Freshsales, monday CRM, Bigin, Capsule, or Zoho, the fastest fix is a link. Use the contact form and paste the exact URL you used, the currency you saw, and the date. If a screenshot is the only way to show it, say so; I will still need a URL to record as the source before a figure goes on the site. Each correction is logged on the Editorial policy page with the date it was made.

Where the answer changes

Who this article is not for

This article does not help a reader who wants a single ranked list of UK CRM prices. With three of 14 UK rows published, one of them a "from" price, there is no such list to give. Any site offering one without check dates and URLs is either converting currencies silently or copying figures it did not read.
