What a CRM costs per seat, once the small print is counted
Of the 36 provider rows here, 23 publish a price our checker could read. 2 plans carry a mandatory onboarding fee with a published amount, 13 plans are annual-only, and 7 bill a minimum number of seats.
Where both figures are published, paying monthly instead of annually costs 1.25 times the advertised price at the median.
How to use this
- Find the provider in the list and read the onboarding and monthly-billing columns, not just the headline.
- Put your real seat count into the calculator. Minimum seat counts and a fixed onboarding fee change the answer below about five seats.
- Read what the published price leaves out before you treat it as a budget.

Minimum seats and annual-only plans
7 of the plans we hold bill a minimum number of seats and 13 offer no monthly billing on the published page. Below the minimum you pay for seats you do not use, which is why every table here shows the cost per seat you actually have rather than the price on the card.
What this is not
This is not a review site and it is not a demo-booking service. Nothing here is rated, scored or recommended; there are no stars or badges, and we have not used any of these products. Every table is ordered by one computed number and the formula is published in full. No provider has paid to appear here. It is not free of bias either: the editor chose which providers to hold and which number to sort by, and both choices are written down on the method page so you can disagree with them.
