Method: where every figure comes from and how the ordering is produced

Every price on this site is copied from the provider's own published pricing page, with the date it was read. Nothing is estimated, and no third-party figure is used anywhere.

Every ordering is by one computed number — cost per seat per month over three years, ascending — and listing position is not for sale.

The formula, in full

seats billed = max(seats you have, minimum seats the plan requires) plan per month = published seat price x seats billed three-year cost = plan per month x 36 + mandatory onboarding fee effective per seat = three-year cost / (36 x seats you have) monthly-billing gap = monthly-billing price / annual-billing price

Nothing else is added. Paid add-ons, extra contact capacity, sales tax and VAT are not in any figure on this site, because they depend on choices the pricing page does not price for you. Where a provider makes an onboarding fee mandatory and publishes the amount, it is added once. Every figure here is a floor. The full method is at Method.

What is added and what is not

Added: the published seat price (or the flat price plus the published price of extra seats), the minimum seats where the provider states one, and the onboarding fee where the provider says it is mandatory and publishes the amount.

Not added: optional onboarding, paid add-ons, extra contact or record capacity, sales tax and VAT, data migration, and anything the pricing page prices only after you choose a volume. Every figure on this site is a floor, not a forecast.

How companies get on this site

We include every provider in CRM software that publishes a price on its own website for the United States or United Kingdom market, plus the largest providers that do not, marked “Not published”. No provider can pay to be included, excluded, or moved. We do not own, operate, or hold a stake in any product listed. The ranking formula is: effective cost per seat per month over three years, ascending. We do not accept free accounts, demos, or review units.

Three reasons a price can be missing

These are not the same thing and this site does not mix them:

  1. The provider does not publish one (0 rows). Its own pages ask you to contact sales. We quote that wording.
  2. We could not read it (9 rows). The page draws its figures with scripts that did not run when we retrieved it, or served our checker the version for another country. That is our limitation and it is labeled as ours, not held against the provider.
  3. It is published in another currency for that market (4 rows). We do not convert.

How ties are broken

Cost per seat over three years, ascending. If two plans are equal, the lower published price goes first. If those are equal too, alphabetically by provider. That is the entire sort key. There is no score, no weighting, no editorial adjustment and no provider input.

What is not in the sort key

Commission. Whether a provider runs an affiliate program at all. Whether we have applied to it. Brand size, review counts, feature lists, support quality. The disclosure page names every program we are in.

Annual and monthly prices are not the same number

Most providers advertise the annual-billing rate. Where the monthly rate is also published we record both and print the ratio. Where the page offers no monthly option we say “none offered”; where it simply does not state one, the cell says so rather than assuming they are equal.

Why the onboarding fee is added and the add-ons are not

A mandatory onboarding fee is a fixed, published amount that every buyer of that plan pays, so it can be added to the three-year total without guessing. Add-ons and contact capacity depend on the buyer, so any figure we chose would be an estimate. We print that they exist and leave them out of the number.

VAT, and why we do not convert

UK providers publish on different bases: some quote ex-VAT, some inc-VAT, and some do not say. At 20% that is larger than most of the gaps between providers. We print the figure as published and label the basis where it is stated. We do not convert, because converting means printing a number no provider published.

Currency

USD plans appear in the United States tables, GBP plans in the United Kingdom tables. We never convert between currencies, because a converted figure cannot be checked against the source page.

How often this is re-checked

Every figure carries the date it was read. The whole dataset was last refreshed on 2026-08-25. Any figure older than 90 days is automatically labeled “not re-checked since” on every page it appears on — that label is generated, not written by hand.

What we do not do

We do not test these products, and no page here claims otherwise. There are no ratings, no stars, no badges and no “editor's choice”. We have never been paid for placement and we do not sell listings, reviews or leads. We do not collect your details and we do not pass anyone's details to a provider.

The data itself

The whole dataset is published at data.json under CC BY 4.0, with the source URL and check date attached to every row. If a figure here is wrong, tell us and it will be re-checked and re-dated.

This site is 158 pages, generated from 36 rows of data by one script. 60 of 120 plans carry enough published detail to compute with.
