How this site is meant to make money

By referral fees from vendors when a reader signs up after following a link. The reader pays the same price either way.

The conflict of interest, stated plainly

The vendors that pay the most in this category are the ones that publish the least. The largest published referral fee we found comes from a vendor whose own pricing page shows no price at all, so it cannot appear in a single ranking on this site. That is the shape of the conflict here, and the structural answer is that every ordering is by computed cost per user, ascending, and nothing else. 17 of the 24 vendors listed have no affiliate relationship with us at all. How links are labeled

A link that earns us a fee carries rel="sponsored nofollow". A link that does not carries rel="nofollow" and is marked Unpaid link. Source links are never marked sponsored.

Placement is not for sale

No vendor has paid, or can pay, to appear here, to be ordered above another, or to have anything removed. We do not sell listings, badges or leads. The vendor list and data.json let anyone recompute the order, and what a star rating is not explains why this site has none.
