When to stay where you are
Three conditions under which the table above should not move you.
- A cheaper seat price is not a reason on its own. Moving a CRM means exporting and re-importing your records, and no provider here publishes what leaving involves.
- Watch the minimums. monday CRM (3 seats) bill a minimum, which changes the per-seat figure for a small team.
- If you are under five seats, the ranking is different — put your seat count in rather than reading the ten-seat column.
Who this is not for
