What does Multiplier's EOR cost, and what do you get for the extra $60 on Growth?

Summary

Multiplier's Core EOR plan costs $499 per employee per month on monthly billing and $459 billed annually. Growth is $60 more on either basis, and the extra money buys tools for your own admin team, not anything the employee sees: automated onboarding at scale, integrations with HR, expense, accounting and payroll systems, custom reports, and open APIs. Contracts, payroll, tax filings, and benefits administration come with both plans. Two lines on the price cards carry no number at all, and about 11% of the countries Multiplier covers are priced differently from the standard rate.

The price you see first is the annual one

The plan cards on Multiplier's pricing page show $459 for Core and $519 for Growth, both "billed annually." The monthly figures, $499 and $559, only appear further down in the FAQ. The billing toggle says "Yearly (save 8%)," and $459 is exactly 8% below $499. Enterprise has no published price.

On five employees kept for a full year, that 8% is the difference between $27,540 and $29,940. There is no minimum headcount; the FAQ says you can hire a single employee.

Growth is an admin upgrade

Core lists four things: hiring and onboarding, payroll, attendance and leave, and "standard workforce insights." Growth keeps all of that and adds:

None of these change the employee's contract or pay. For ten people on annual billing, Growth costs $7,200 a year more than Core.

Two lines without a price

According to the FAQ, the EOR fee covers compliant employment and local contracts, payroll processing, tax and statutory filings, benefits administration, onboarding, and ongoing HR support. The employee's salary and the employer's statutory contributions sit outside it; Multiplier's own cost guide counts them as separate parts of the total.

Under both the Core and Growth prices, the cards add "+ Compliance mandated add-ons" and "+ Implementation fee as applicable." Neither line has an amount. Multiplier's cost guide, updated in September 2026, goes the other way and says "No onboarding, setup, or employee termination fees." The two pages do not agree on whether an implementation fee exists.

The standard rate also has exceptions. The FAQ says "a small number of locations (~11% of countries we support)" have adjusted pricing, citing local wages, employment economics, statutory requirements, payroll complexity, and the cost of keeping compliant infrastructure in place. The page does not name those countries or say by how much the price moves.

On the entity side, the product page describes a "network of owned entities" and "owned entities in multiple countries." It does not claim an owned entity in every country, and it says benefits are delivered through a partner network of local providers.
