Which EOR providers put a number on how fast support will answer?

Summary

Three of the six providers here publish a figure, and only one of them promises a resolution time. Oyster says it responds within 24 hours and resolves in under 72, Hire with Columbus advertises a 15-minute response guarantee without saying which channel or hours it covers, and Remote aims to answer email within 24 hours. The rest publish hours, and some of those hours belong to a chatbot.

What each provider actually commits to

Oyster. "Responses to support inquiries within 24 hours" and a "Guaranteed resolution time of less than 72 hours," both on its strategic-partnership page. Its FAQ says the support team serves customers and team members alike.

Hire with Columbus. "Pricing starts from $179/month with our 15-minute response guarantee." The page doesn't say whether that covers chat, email, or both, or which hours.

Remote. Email to the general help address comes with "We aim to respond within 24 hours." That is a target, and it is the only number Remote publishes for response time.

RemoFirst. "Get things solved in hours, not days," plus a promise: "If you don't hear from us on time, you will get the first month FREE." The page never defines "on time."

Deel and Multiplier. Hours only. Deel's EOR page offers "24/7 help across continents in your language and time zone." Multiplier's pricing page shows "24/5" support on its contractor cards and "24x7" in a stats block further down, and says nothing about support on its EOR cards.

When 24/7 means the bot

Remote spells it out. "RemoteAI, our AI assistant, gives instant answers 24/7," while "Live Messaging connects you with our Customer Care team 24/5 (24 hours a day, Monday to Friday)." You can ask for a live agent at any point in a chat and file a ticket at any time, but a person answering on a Saturday is not part of the published offer. Deel's own pricing page drops the 24/7 line entirely; its EOR card lists "On-demand HR, legal, and tax expertise" and nothing about hours.

Who answers the country-specific question

Remote's EOR plan lists "Dedicated in-house experts for local support" and onboarding with a dedicated specialist. Deel points to "2,000+ experts" for in-house legal, HR, and equity help. Oyster assigns "Local HR business partners" for country questions, gives each employee a dedicated Hiring Success Manager, and sells deeper HR advice as People Partner Services at USD 300 an hour.
