Salesforce vs Pipedrive pricing: $9,000 against $5,040 for 10 seats over 3 years, and 2.47x to 6.96x at the top plans

Last updated 2026-10-03. Salesforce's US pricing and free-CRM pages and a Pipedrive support article were read on 2026-10-03; Pipedrive's own pricing page returned a 403 error that day, so its annual prices come from indexed search snippets and its monthly prices are the values the site read on 2026-08-25. The site's older dataset still lists Salesforce Enterprise $175 and Unlimited $350, which no longer appear; this article uses the current editions.

Short version

How are the multiples worked out?

Site formula: three-year cost = price x seats x 36, with no onboarding fee on any plan here. Ten seats: Starter Suite 25 x 10 x 36 = $9,000; Lite 14 x 10 x 36 = $5,040; the multiple is 9,000 / 5,040 = 1.79x. The other rows follow the same steps; the multiple is simply the ratio of the two seat prices, since seats and months cancel.

Both vendors charge per seat and neither lists an onboarding fee, so the multiples do not change with team size. Pipedrive's support page adds: "You're charged per seat, whether it's assigned to a user or not."

Does monthly billing change the picture?

Pipedrive's monthly prices below are the dataset values as read on 2026-08-25. Salesforce's Starter Suite is the same $25 monthly or annually (gap 25 / 25 = 1.00x); Pro Suite and above show annual billing only, with no monthly price.

Pipedrive planAnnualMonthlyGap
Lite$14$241.71x
Growth$39$491.26x
Premium$59$791.34x
Ultimate$79$991.25x

Three consequences. First, at the entry level the monthly option nearly closes the gap: $25 against $24 is 1.04x, or $9,000 against $8,640 at ten seats for 36 months. Second, Pipedrive's support page says you pay "on the same day each month" or "upfront for the entire year" with a discount, so Pipedrive offers month-by-month payment on every plan, which Salesforce does not from Pro Suite up. Third, the top multiples barely move: Core against Pipedrive Ultimate at its monthly $99 is 70,200 / 35,640 = 1.97x, and Max is 5.56x.

A year of ten Pro Suite seats is 100 x 10 x 12 = $12,000, billed annually. Ten Growth seats are $4,680 annually or $5,880 monthly (49 x 10 x 12).
