What can you verify from an EOR pricing page alone, and what has to wait for the quote?
Summary
Summary
Eight things can be on a pricing page: whether the price is a list or starting price, the deposit, the employing entity, billing currencies, minimum commitment, setup and termination fees, contractor product prices, and an annual option. No provider's page answers all eight. Remote and Deel, counting their help centers, answer the most; G-P and Rippling the fewest. Payroll cutoffs and exit notice almost never appear on a pricing page and need the help center or the terms. The price in your country and the deposit refund date wait for the quote at nearly every provider.

The count reflects what this site could read and changes when pages do. Multiplier and Papaya could not be re-read on 1 October.
Two items that are almost never on the pricing page
The payroll cutoff. Remote (the 11th, the 16th in some countries) and Deel (the 20th) state it in their help centers; this site has not found it for the others. For a company that approves many mid-month payments it matters more than the fee, and belongs in the quote.
Notice to the provider before an offboarding. Deel: 30 days, in the MSA. Multiplier: a 15% penalty for breaching the process, in the terms. The rest unconfirmed. "No termination fees" (RemoFirst) does not mean no notice.
Two items that wait for the quote nearly everywhere
The price in your country. Eight starting prices may rise by country and none gives a range. Among the five list prices (Deel, Remote, Oyster, Multiplier, Horizons), Multiplier says about 11% of countries are adjusted.
When the deposit comes back. Only Deel (within 60 days after completion) and Multiplier (within 60 days of the last working day) say.
How to use the table
The blanks in a provider's row are your questions for its quote: one for Remote (annual terms), three for Deel (billing currency, setup and exit fees, annual), six for G-P. The number of questions mirrors the brevity of the page and tends to grow as the price falls. A low count is not a mark against a provider; it is a longer list of things to have written into the quote.
