Rippling quotes its EOR and Deel lists $599. How do you compare a provider with no price to one with a price?
Summary
Summary
By making the side without numbers answer the same questions the side with numbers already has. Deel's page and help center publish five things: the monthly fee ($599, list), the deposit (from one to one and a half months of all charges), notice before a termination (30 days), an exclusivity clause, and the payroll cutoff (the 20th). Rippling's pricing page asks which services you need and sends a quote; there is no per-employee EOR figure. On 2026-09-28 it showed "Rippling starts at $8 a month, per user," which is a platform price, not an EOR fee. Rippling joins the table once its quote answers all five.
What is and is not on Rippling's page
This site read Rippling's pricing page on 6 and 28 September. On neither day did it show a per-employee EOR price. The page asks which products you want, payroll, EOR, IT, spend and so on, and promises a custom quote.
On the 28th a sentence had been added that was absent on the 6th: "Rippling starts at $8 a month, per user." That is the platform's entry price, not the cost of employing someone through its EOR. Reading it as "$8 for EOR" would be a mistake, and this site's table keeps Rippling at "quote only."
Rippling is the only one of the fourteen providers with no published EOR price. G-P and Velocity Global both started publishing in September; Rippling did not.

| Deel | |
|---|---|
| Monthly fee | $599 per employee per month, list, month to month |
| One employee, 12 months | $7,188 |

| Leaving | 30 days' notice to Deel, which chooses the route |
| Exclusivity | Work Order Form names Deel as exclusive EOR |
| Payroll cutoff | The 20th |
| Contractors | $49; contractor of record $325 |
The five lines to have written into the quote
When Rippling's quote arrives, turn Deel's rows into questions.
- The monthly fee per employee, and whether it is a list price or varies by country
- Whether there is a deposit, how many months, what raises it, and when it comes back
- Whether Rippling needs notice before an offboarding, and how many days
- Whether there is an exclusivity clause
- The payroll cutoff date
Any line the quote leaves out stays "unknown" in the table. While one is unknown, Rippling is neither the cheaper nor the more expensive option; it is the unpriced one.
Why Rippling is on a shortlist at all
A provider with no published price usually makes a shortlist because the company already runs Rippling's payroll or IT. The EOR fee is then one line inside a platform contract, not a standalone number. Deel has payroll and a US PEO ($125 a month) of its own, so for a company already on Deel the same logic runs the other way.
For a company buying EOR alone, Rippling's quote exists to answer one question, "is it under $599," and the effort of getting it is worth whatever that answer is worth.
Over a year
Deel: $104,115 for a $90,000 hire in the United States, including $6,927 of statutory cost. Rippling's column is blank until the quote comes, and blank means "could be less" and "could be more" in equal measure. Filling it is Rippling's job, not this site's.
