Is Native Teams' EOR really $99 a month? The conditions on the lowest figure in the table
Summary
Summary
$99 is a "Starts at" price, and the page does not say what raises it. This site changed its status from list to starting on 2026-09-28. Attached to the $99 is one free employer admin account. For contractors there is Contractor Pay at $19, payments only, and a contractor of record at $99 with misclassification protection. Deposit, employing entity, billing currency and country count do not appear on the page this site read. $99 is the per-employee fee in the cheapest country, not the total on an invoice.
The correction
On the first reading, 21 August, this site recorded Native Teams at a list price of $99. On 28 September the page was re-read, the wording confirmed as "Starts at $99," and the status corrected to starting. RemoFirst got the same correction the same day. Both are logged as this site's error; the providers changed nothing.
The difference is not small. A list price is what you are billed; a starting price is a floor that your country may sit above.
Numbers on the page
| Native Teams | |
|---|---|
| EOR | From $99 per employee per month, monthly, one free employer admin account |
| Contractor Pay | $19 per contractor per month, payments only |
| Contractor of Record | $99 per contractor per month, with misclassification protection |
| Checked | 2026-09-28 |
EOR and contractor of record at the same $99 is a shape no other provider in the table has. Employing someone and having Native Teams contract with them as a contractor cost the same in fees. Which to choose is then not a fee question but the contractor or employee question.
Numbers not on the page
- What raises the $99 (country or headcount)
- Whether there is a deposit
- The employing entity, owned or partner
- Billing currency
- Setup or termination fees
- The number of countries (not recorded by this site)
- Notice before an offboarding
Six blanks. $100 cheaper than RemoFirst, and with that much less promised.
The year
| US salary | Statutory employer cost | Native Teams fee, year | Share | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $30,000 | $2,337 | $1,188 | 4.0% | $33,525 |
| $90,000 | $6,927 | $1,188 | 1.3% | $98,115 |
| $180,000 | $13,812 | $1,188 | 0.7% | $195,000 |
On the $30,000 row the fee is half the statutory cost, which no other provider manages. On the $180,000 row it is 0.7% and nearly disappears.
Since it is not known whether $99 holds, the table is for the cheapest country.
Turning $99 into an invoice figure
- Is the EOR fee in my country $99
- Is there a deposit; how many months; when is it refunded
- Which company signs the employment contract in my country
- What is the billing currency
- Is notice required before an offboarding
If the answers are "$99, none, Native Teams' own entity, dollars, no," $99 is the invoice. If any differs, add the difference and redraw the table.
| Native Teams | |

| Contractors | Contractor Pay $19; contractor of record $99 |
| Deposit, entity, currency, countries | Not stated |
